I just met Ron Holden when I jumped in on a eating tour of media visiting Vancouver a couple of weeks ago! He&#39;s a lovely, lovely man. He&#39;d studied for a short time under a molecular gastronomist in Spain (can&#39;t remember his name, but a famous chef) and that was one thing he learned to make. It was truly fabulous.
